Refund and Cancellation Policy
Try first
Every account gets 30 days free with full grading, so you can test TRUEGRAIN LAB with your own scanner and samples before you pay.
No refunds after payment
Paid annual plans are not refundable, in full or in part, once the payment reaches us. This includes unused months and users you remove during the year.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
- We could not activate your plan and can't fix it within 15 days of your report.
Approved refunds go back to the account you paid from within 15 working days.
Cancelling
You can cancel renewal at any time by writing to truegrainlabs@gmail.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
